What We Offer
Community & Support

A monthly gathering for pregnant people at any stage to connect, share, and build community—with gentle guidance from EBBC Doulas/Birthworkers and plenty of snacks and support. First Thursday evening of the month.

A weekly drop-in circle for parents and pre-crawling babies to connect, share, and feel supported—come as you are, stay as long as you can. Donation-based and baby-friendly in every way.

This 6-week pregnancy group offers a supportive space for connection, reflection, and real conversation during a time of profound change. Through guided prompts and open dialogue, we’ll explore your journey to parenthood—from mental health and self-care to birth, postpartum, and beyond.

An 6-week support group for birthing parents and moms to explore the emotional and practical realities of early parenthood through open conversation, reflection, and community. Come as you are—pre-crawling babies welcome.

A 6-week group for mothers welcoming their second (or beyond) child to reflect, reconnect with themselves, and build lasting community. This space supports honest conversation about the shared journey of parenting again.

Get ready for birth with our immersive weekend session — build confidence, connect, and learn tools for coping and navigating birth.

A 4-week class tailored to the experience of planning and preparing for an out-of-hospital birth with midwives.

Prepare for life with your newborn—our 2-week class gives you practical tools for feeding, bonding, and thriving in the early months.

Understand your pelvic floor and learn to protect, heal, and strengthen it through every stage of your perinatal journey.

Prepare your relationship for life after baby. This daylong workshop helps couples communicate, connect, and adapt with confidence.

Learn the basics of safe, comfortable babywearing in these hands-on workshops. Try different carrier styles, get personalized tips, and build confidence wearing your baby from day one.

Learn soothing techniques to bond with your baby and support their development. This hands-on workshop teaches simple, nurturing massage you can use at home to promote relaxation, sleep, and connection.

Want to be a part of a new model of Doula/Birthwork support that centers community, education, dependability and sustainability for all?

The highly anticipated, twice yearly, SWAP! Hosted once in the Spring and again in the Fall, this event is the perfect way to curb the excessive buying and waste of pregnancy and early life with your baby.
Find clothes and gear, & support by birth and postpartum professionals as you sort through items!

Join Dads Group facilitator and other dads for a relaxed hike and social gathering where babies in carriers are welcome —fresh air, connection, and community for expecting, new, and newish Dads!
